Concrete

We quantify concrete volumes for foundations, slabs, walls, and columns, along with formwork materials like plywood and bracing. Reinforcement takeoffs include rebar and mesh, while additives and sealants are also estimated for comprehensive project planning.

Masonry

Our team estimates bricks, blocks, and stone for walls and facades, including mortar and grout quantities. We also quantify ties, anchors, and reinforcement materials to ensure accurate masonry construction and structural integrity.

Metals

We calculate structural steel components such as beams, columns, and framing materials. Metal decking for floors and roofs is quantified, along with steel studs, joists, and fasteners for precise metalwork takeoffs.
